As Founder and Chief Executive of Second Check, LLC., Steve is responsible for the
vision, direction and operations of the company. He is in charge of developing and
acquiring strategic partners as well as guiding product refinements and offerings.
Steve has over 25 years of experience in business development and management as
an entrepreneur. He has engineered and managed several tax sensitive investment
projects throughout his years and was a candidate for the prestigious Ernst & Young
"Entrepreneur of the Year" award in 1997. With his experiences in tax & legal strategies
and product development, he acquired the knowledge and business acumen that afforded
him prominent offerings of executive appointments throughout his career.
Steve founded the tool reimbursement industry in 1988 and is acknowledged and respected
by his peers as the expert & leading knowledge resource of this industry.

Carl Arnal
VP Business Development

Carl Arnal, is the Vice President of Business Development. Carl brings more than
25 years of business experience in a variety of industries, including insurance
and automotive where he was named Entrepreneur of the Year for the City of New York
in 1976 for his efforts in a unique auto parts distribution strategy. His expert
knowledge in insurance and business affairs has earned him several media speaking
engagements and consultant based interviews throughout his career.

Ralph Stanton
VP Sales

Ralph Stanton is the Vice President of Sales. Ralph has extensive experience in
the industry and was named top sales executive in 1997, 1998 and 1999 with Profit
Plus, Inc., where he proved his knowledge and methods for selling tool reimbursement
plans.
Ralph is also known as a key note speaker and provides outstanding stage presence
in seminar situations and training forums.

Ray Thibault
Director of Information Technology

Ray Thibault is a partner and the Director of Information Technology, with nearly
30 years of experience in the field of computer technology, with emphasis on software
development life cycle, as well designing, and implementing distributing networking
architecture for various industries, including government financial systems, mine
production reporting, and security services. Mr. Thibault holds a Bachelor of Science
in Business Administration and a Masters in Computer Information Systems.
